From I-5 take Encinitas Blvd west. Take a left onto Coast Highway 101 south, then a right on D Street. Go straight to end.(450 D Street) Amenities: Bathrooms: No Parking: Street parking. Involved in the Signage Program: Yes Special Notes: Beach access is via several flights of stairs. Unstable bluffs, so parental supervision is suggested. Check the tide schedule before your cleanup because at high tide there is very little beach, if any. One (1) week advanced notice required.
