From I-5, exit Leucadia Blvd. west. Go straight across railroad tracks and straight across Cost Highway 101. Go to end where there is a small bluff top parking lot. (948 Neptune Avenue) Amenities: Bathrooms: No Parking: Small parking lot at top of beach, local street parking. Involved in the Signage Program: Yes Special Notes: Beach access is a well maintained dirt bath down the bluff from the parking lot. Check the tide schedule before your cleanup because at high tide there is very little beach, if any. Unstable bluffs, so parental supervision is suggested. One (1) week advanced notice required.
