Adoption Requirements

Anyone can participate in the AAB program, as long as they agree to perform 3 cleanups during the course of one year. Due to transportation issues, school groups are only required to perform 1 cleanup per year.

Supplies

I Love A Clean San Diego provides all the supplies needed for the program, however adopters must be able to visit our office to pick up these supplies. After your cleanup, your group will need to return all unused supplies to our office (4891 Pacific Highway, Suite 115, 92110), or store them for your next cleanup.

ILACSD will provide the following supplies for your cleanup: trash bags, recycle bags, gloves, data tracking cards, data summary card, and pencils. A group may borrow trash grabbers from our office, but they must leave a deposit in the form of check or cash for $5 per grabber. Adopters will be charged if grabbers are not returned or are returned broken.
